Keanu Reeves & Warner Brothers laugh off 'Matrix' rumors

Neo may have been the one -- but he certainly won't be the fourth and fifth.
Despite a flurry of out-of-the-blue stories about two more installments of "The Matrix" franchise, Keanu Reeves and Warner Bros. Pictures say that there's no merit to the rumors.
Wired reports that a Warner Bros spokesperson is on record, charmingly referring to the possibility of more Matrix movies (Matrices?) as "bunk."
Maybe the vehement denial has something to do with how elaborate the fake story was, claiming the treatment for the next two films was in the can, James Cameron had been consulted on the pros and cons of 3-D" and that an imaginary meeting had taken place between Reeves and "Matrix" creators the Wachowskis.
The Playlist also gets a firm denial from Reeves' reps, who claim no such meeting ever took place.
At least we can put swift end to this.
